“Let the Beauty we love be what we do” (Rumi)
This course explores the art of giving attention to our lives, our loved
ones and our world around us: the ancient art of Mindfulness Meditation.
Learning how to bring non-judgemental awareness to all aspects of our
lives can lead us to “let the
Beauty we love be what we do”; to wake up to the extraordinariness
of the ordinary right here, right now!
This 8-week course is suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators
alike, offering guidance in meditation skills and personal mentoring.
Home practice CDs are included to support and encourage the development
of meditation as a daily aspect of your life.
Karunavira has been teaching meditation in both secular and Buddhist settings
over the last 20 years. He has a particular interest in Mindfulness Meditation
which is increasingly being used in health, ‘well-being’ and
